Yummmy pictures and descriptions make hungry…right now!
Thanks Cynthia! Very “yummy” places indeed. Thanks for stopping by and posting a comment.
I’ll be traveling to Santa Fe next week for the first time, and I’m looking forward to the wonderful cuisine I’ve read so much about! In your opinion, which of these atmospheres would be the most suited to a middle-aged female “solo” diner?
Hi Mary…oh, you’re going to have a fantastic time, I’ve been to Santa Fe many times. To answer your question, I would say perhaps the “Compound,” it’s a bit more low key. Once you arrive you can walk the central square and scout the area out…there are many, many fantastic restaurants to choose from. Do you know where you’ll be staying? Here is a great B&B within walking distance to the square: https://mikesroadtrip.com/el-farolito. If you’re looking for more of a resort…La Posada is wonderful. Let me know if you have any other questions…happy to help. Thanks for stopping by and posting your comment. Have fun, Mike
Really? Didn’t you get to Restaurant Martin? That is truly Santa Fe’s best restaurant-you’ve missed the boat entirely dude!
Hi Lexie…I did in fact! You’re right, Restaurant Martin is fantastic. It was a really close call…if the list was 6, then would have been on it for sure! They did make this list though…”10 unique eats and creative food dishes.” https://mikesroadtrip.com/unique-eats Thanks for stopping by and posting your comment…I appreciate your input! Cheers, Mike
My local relatives recommended Maria’s! I have to say I really enjoyed it!
Hey Nancy…thanks for stopping by and sharing. I have been to “Maria’s” before and it is a local classic for sure! Cheers, Mike.
