Always fun running into friends on MRT
It’s always fun running into friends on the Mike’s Road Trip journey. During my stay in the Phoenix area, I learned that a long time friend, “Susan from Chicago,” was going to be in town. Susan’s husband is a pilot, so needless to say they get to travel a lot—we always enjoy swapping stories.
Since it was just after my birthday, Susan insisted on treating me to dinner (BTW, thanks again Susan :-)). We went to a nice little whole-in-the-wall called, Asian Kitchen in Mesa. Asian Kitchen serves up dishes from various Asian regions…from Japan, China, Singapore to Malaysia—affordably priced and full of flavor.
